Well, after 89 episodes, Trekabout has reached the end of Star Trek: The Next Generation with “All Good Things…”, which is one of the finest episodes of both the series and the franchise, spanning 30 years and 3 different time periods. Plus! Hosts Eric Brasure and Richard Goodness discuss what Trekabout has meant to them and what the show will be like going forward.

-Great wrap-up of TNG.
Just FYI, I do live on the West Coast, but I’m in the SF Bay Area, so no need to worry about any stalking from me.
Eric Brasure
-Oh thank god. 🙂
Armin Medusa-Tanzarian
-I have no idea why I waited until the end of TNG to make a comment, so I’m sorry it took this long. I know, I’ll make it up to you by giving one of those 5 star reviews on iTunes you’re always telling us to do. Stand by…
OK, done. Amazing job guys. So looking forward to DS9. As for this ep, well, what else can be said about the best Trek finale of them all, and even one of the best TV finales period? I loved your point about what a great job the actors did playing 3 different versions of themselves. Agree 100%. Gruff annoyed future Riker killed.
Question – early in the ep you said you were taking a few weeks off (for the move presumably) yet then at the end you said Generations was coming up next week immediately followed by DS9 beginning. So which is it?
(I will remind you also said you would start answering the comments… ;))
Armin Medusa-Tanzarian
-Well you can ignore my question now, I just read the other post which said the pod was actually recorded back in March, so the whole weeks off thing makes sense. Very… logical (sorry)
Eric Brasure
-Yeah, that was a little unclear! We took a break from recording for a few weeks because of my move, but there’s no break in the release of the podcast!
This episode was hard to talk about because it’s less an episode of TNG and more a coda to the whole series, but I hope we did a good job. Glad you enjoyed it!

-Hi guys, I love the show. I was just wondering if you’ll wait until after Voyager to watch Nemesis, due it being a little spoilery in a large way in regards to Voyager?
Eric Brasure
-Yep, that’s the plan! First Contact sometime in DS9 season 5, Insurrection sometime in season 7, and Nemesis after Voyager and before we start Enterprise.
